WISSA 2017 Registration is Open!

Dear Friends! 

This year WISSA-2017 takes place in Togliatti which has been my hometown for 10 years! The victory in WISSA is much more important for our kiters than in any other championship. I believe, the region of the Volga river and the Zhiguli Sea will become the best ground for your races, victories, records and performances. In February, ice is always fast here, the wind is strong, Togliatti fans are very exited, and our city is really hospitable.
